Free Transit Accommodations include one night at a hotel in the transit city, breakfast and transportation between the airport and the hotel (if available).
Passengers must hold a connecting flight ticket whose ticket number begins with
“999” for flights operated by Air China, Shandong Airlines, or Shenzhen
Airlines, with the CA code on both segments.
Exclusions: Passengers holding O/I/X/N class tickets, award tickets, free
tickets, infant tickets, children's tickets (with a separate child record number),
unaccompanied children's tickets, and tickets with cabin upgrade products booked or to be
booked cannot be reserved for transit accommodation services.
Standard transit accommodation services: After purchasing a ticket,
passengers must book the product more than 24 hours before
the arrival time of the incoming flight; Luxury transit accommodation services: passengers
must book the product more than 50 hours before, both based
on Beijing time.
Transit Time:
（1）For overnight transit, where the connecting flights are both domestic flights, the transit time must be ≥ 6 hours and ≦ 24 hours; where a domestic flight is connecting with an international flight, vice versa. The transit time must be ≥ 6 hours and ≤ 30 hours.
（2）For same-day transit, the scheduled arrival time of the previous flight is before 8:00 am (including) and the transit time ≥ 6 hours.
